Shipping & Return

All orders go through production and fulfillment lead times before they ship. All our jewellery is handmade and we keep very limited stock. Most of them are made to order which means that exact shipping dates can not be guaranteed. Each made to order piece is estimated to ship within three to four weeks. The actual time may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. The time is measured from the first business day after an order is placed. If you want to check the status of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@azulmalin.com.
In stock pieces will be shipped within around 1-3 business days of purchase. A sign showing ‘in stock, ready to ship directly’ will be shown when your chosen piece/size on their specific product page to let you know if it’s ready to be shipped directly.

If you place an order for multiple pieces, your order will ship when the entire order is ready for shipment. If you prefer certain pieces to be shipped before your entire order is complete, please contact us at info@azulmalin.com to make special shipping arrangements. Additional shipping fees will then apply.

DELIVERY COSTS
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and vary depending on the destination. 
The shipping cost at checkout doesn’t include duties/taxes or other fees that may be assessed on the shipment, all of which are the customer’s responsibility.

TRACKING
All orders are shipped via DHL and all shipping methods with DHL are trackable online once dispatched.

RETURN POLICY
To request a return, please email us at info@azulmalin.com and we will be sending you the instructions for the return procedure.
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you received your order. If you should be interested in a different item, please return your item(s) to Azulmalin and simply purchase the desired piece at www.azulmalin.com. We only accept returns on item(s) in unused condition and labels and original packaging must be fully intact. Customers will be responsible for all shipping and re-shipping charges for exchanges. Refund is due within 30 days after we have received the item and the return is approved.

Right of withdrawal does not apply on specially made products. This includes modified products and specially made products in sizes that are not presented on the website. Returns on such specially made products are only accepted if there is a manufacturing fault present.

If you receive an item that you believe is damaged or defective, you have to e-mail info@azulmalin.com within 48 hours of receiving the item together with your name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. We reserve the right to deny any request for return, exchange, or repair. If the item is faulty, then delivery charges will be reimbursed along with refund or exchange.

Please note that we will only accept returns via DHL as we must always have a tracking number. Any return proceeded differently, will not be taken into consideration (no refund). Once item is received at Azulmalin Jewellery we will e-mail within 3 working days of receipt.
If the carrier is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by you or if you have refused to pay duties, and we have been trying to contact you, you are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns packages due to failed delivery.

If you purchased an Azulmalin Jewellery piece from another retailer, please consult that retailer’s applicable policies. We are not responsible for items purchased from other retailers.

LOSS OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
If your package is lost or stolen we will do everything we can to assist you. During the time of transit, the jewellery is insured by Azulmalin until it is delivered to you.
